The following trial account terms are additional to Remote-Assist's Normal Account Terms.

Trial Account Terms

Trial accounts are available, subject to approval, to business, academic, non-profit, and government entities only. Trial accounts are not available for personal use. E-mail addresses used for trial accounts must be from the customer's primary e-mail domain. Third party e-mail domains are not permitted for trial accounts.

Only one trial offer is permitted per customer organization.

Trial accounts shall not be used for the purpose of competitive analysis and are not for entities that provide similar remote control software or services even if we authorize an account.

The trial period may be extended at our sole discretion. At the end of the trial period, the customer may subscribe to the service. If the service is not subscribed to, the trial account will be terminated.

Remote-Assist retains the right to refuse any trial application or terminate a trial at any time.

During the trial, we will send you e-mail regarding how to use the trial account, the status of your trial, and the features and benefits of the Remote-Assist services.
