Unattended Activation Of Remote-Assist on Multiple PC'sRemote-Assist has hidden functionality to allow mutiple remote PC's to be accessed at anytime.Please refer to the support page for a full explanation of each step. On the Remote PC carry out the following steps: Download, run and install Remote-Assist 2.8 
Open 'Unattended Activation' Option 
Click the 'Tick Box'. 
Click to the left of the 'Cancel' button to set the unique 'Unattended Activation Name' for this PC and then click 'Save'. 
Important: Ensure the 'System Suspend' power saving option is disabled and ensure a password protected screen saver is not active. On the Support PC carry out the following steps: Download, run and install Remote-Control 2.6 
Click 'Connect' and once connected click on the 'Remote-Control 2.6' text below the 'File' - 'Options' - 'Help' menus. The following message should apprear. 
Click on the 'Options'menu and a Remote-Activation option should be listed 
Click on the 'Remote-Activation' option and the 'Remote Assist Connection Monitor' should appear. 
Select a remote PC from the list (may contain up to 5) and click the link 
Within 3 minutes a connection prompt from the chosen remote PC should appear. 
Important: When you have finished with the connection to the remote PC ensure you click the remote PC name in the 'Remote Assist Connection Monitor' to disable the connection prior to closing the Remote-Control program. |
